Zodwa Wabantu Fails To Perform After Being Paid R30 000

Zodwa Wabantu is said to have left fans angry when she failed to pitch for an event. Zodwa was booked to perform at the reopening of Downtown View Butchery in Makopane, Limpopo.

It seems Zodwa pulled a no show and instead she went to Bloemfontein to perform at another event. One of the event organisers in Limpopo Kabelo said they were disappointed since they had booked her two months before the event.

He revealed that they had paid her R30 000 in cash for the performance. They added that Zodwa Wabantu was also reluctant to promote their business on her social media pages.

Kabelo said Zodwa’s no show tainted their brand. He said Zodwa was unprofessional and was not supposed to accept the money if she was not going to come to the event.
