Former South African President Jacob Zuma has issued an eight page statement saying that he will not subject himself to oppression and unjust court system.

In the statement Zuma apparently said that he is not afraid of going to jail as he is not under the Apartheid system.

He said they can put his physical body behind prison doors however his spirit is free to speak against injustices of imprisonment.

He said the core principles of separation of powers between the Judiciary, Legislature and the Executive were being gradually weakened.
