Clicks lands in hot water again.
The incident took place in the Clicks store in Midrand on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a customer who was in the store who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the centre manager known as Jose Maponyane confronted a customer Thando Mahlangu who was wearing his Ndebele attire accusing him of dressing in an appropriate manner.
Maponyane can be heard in the video saying he cannot condone the outfit in his mall.
Although he was quickly reminded that the customer’s attire is African in Africa, Maponyane insisted that the attire was not decent in a public space.
Tweeps promised to give Maponyane a visit wearing their African attire just to give him a few lessons about Africa and its diversity.
