Self appointed Soweto TV Chairman, Tuis Jabulani Nkuntha, had been suspended after he fired former acting CEO, T-Bo Touch (Thabo Molefe) and head of channel, Nokuthuka Zulu.

Sunday World reports that secretary of the board, Sizwe Gcayi,  responded by suspending Nkuntha on Friday over the matter.

Gcayi also declared Nkutha a delinquent director for removing T-Bo Touch and another executive Director, Spencer Malongete, from the CIPC records , without board resolutions.

T-Bo Touch was appointed a non executive director and acting CEO at Soweto TV on 5 September 2019, until Zulu was appointed in  full time capacity.
