News 24 has reported that a 17 year old teen boy was arrested in connection with murdering Itumeleng Khune’s sister.
The teenager was charged on Friday and is expected to appear in the Ventersdorp Children’s Court on Monday. This was said by police spokesperson Colonel Adèle Myburgh.
It is alleged that on Thursday 4 March at about 5am neighbours saw smoke coming out from a house in extension 2.
The Emergency services officials who attended the scene discovered Meiki Khune’s burnt body on top of her bed.

Meiki Khune’s death sent shockwaves as her body was burnt beyond recognition. Our condolences goes to the Khune family.
