Skeem Saam actress Pebetsi Matlaila announced on her Instagram page that she was involved in a car accident.
She wrote, “Life can be lost in a split second BUT Mercy said NO. God reminded us of his power and protection even when we are not aware. I serve a living God. My family and I are all still good.”
She added, “On Friday night (coming back from dinner with a loved one at the airport) my family and I where involved in a car accident, while escaping an attempted hijacking.”
She continued, “Besides shock and minor injuries, everyone involved in the MVA survived with no casualties reported. We thank God.”

We thank God that the actress managed to escape both the hijackers and the car crash.
