There are fresh reports that Ginimbi’s lawyer forged the Will of the deceased.
According to an application led by Ginimbi’s sister Juliet along with Nelia and their father Alison Kadungure, they are challenging the authenticity of the Will.
They are accusing the lawyer Patricia Darangwa of fraudulently designing the late Genius Ginimbi Kadungure’s Will.
The family is allegedly seeking an order to stop the administration of the Will presented by Darangwa on November 25 pending a High Court review by the Master of High Court.
Juliet said the family will not rest until the alleged irregularities are finalised. She revealed that Ginimbi’s Will was not registered.
Ginimbi’s businesses in Botswana have been going under a lot of crisis and there are reports that the business is crumbling .
Ginimbi passed on in a car accident in November last year when his Rolls Royce Wraith collided with a Honda fit before hitting a tree and bursting into flames.
