City Press reports that popular Isibaya actress, Zinhle Mabena, who was arrested last week for a plot to kill her husband, Robert Ngwenya, was found with an AK47 and the cellphone used to communicate with the hitmen.
Friends told the newspaper that Zinhle thought Ngwenya was cheating on her and was very possessive of Ngwenya.
On one occasion, friends said Ngwenya lost branded clothes worth R500 000 after Zinhle packed up all his clothes and put them on an Uber and sent them to where she thought he was. The clothes never got there.
Zinhle and Ngwenya are failing to agree on the divorce settlement after Zinhle demanded a new Maybach (R 2 Million), Mercedes-Benz ML 63 and maintenance for her two children and R40 000 a month for herself.
When Ngwenya first met Zinhle, she was reportedly earning R15 000 at Isibaya, and he bought her a Posche Panamera worth R1 Million, a new house and expensive furniture.
