Popular Isibaya actress, Zinhle Mabena (Sihle) , was yesterday set free by the Pretoria Magistrates court, after spending a night in the cells for a plot to kill her estranged husband, Robert Ngwenga.
The prosecutor said her arrest was unlawful.
Zinhle’s lawyers, in a public statement, accused Ngwenya of trying to tarnish Zinhle ‘s image.

Zinhle told the Daily Sun Newspaper that her victory is sweet and significant and she was going back to her children.
Zinhle told the newspaper that she recently filed a divorce against Ngwenya and has obtained a protection order against him.
Zinhle was arrested after Ngwenya alleged that she was behind an attempted assassination on him.
Ngwenya ‘s bodyguard was killed during the Assassination attempt which occurred at a petrol station.
