City Press reports that, Kwaito legend Thebe Mogane has been summoned to court after he missed a gig in Lesotho.
It is reported that Thebe was paid R10 000 in advance to perform at an event in Lesotho however he took another gig two days before and failed to appear for the gig.
The organizer of the event that Thebe missed Mr Berry Bereng Matseletsele said that he incurred more costs however when he asked for his money back, Thebe did not respond.
Thebe is expected to appear in court on the 2nd of March for breeching their contract and if he fails to appear an arrest warrant will be issued against him.
