Sunday world reports that popular Durban millionaire, Shaun Mkhize and her son, Andile, are failing to pay for four Sandton properties worth over R20 Million which they bought in July 2020.
Andile is living in one of the Sandton properties and is refusing to vacate the house after paying only R1. 5 Million.
The four houses are :
1. An R8. 5 Million house for which Andile was supposed to pay a deposit of R2. 5 Million, but he only paid R1. 5 Million.
2. Three houses worth R5. 25 million, R3. 95 Million and R2 Million for which Andile has not paid anything.
Andile, who signed the contracts, is in areas for amounts of R1. 8 Million, R477 000, R2. 4 million and 630 000 after failing to pay the agreed installments.
When asked for comment by the newspaper, the Durban millionaire said she dosent know anything about the houses.
