City Press reports that the police file of the case in which popular Isibaya actress, Zinhle Mabena, was accused of negligent driving and causing a serious accident in March 2017 has disappeared mysteriously.
Police spokesman, Kay Makhubela, told the newspaper that there was no record of the case in the system. He said the case can not be in the system if she was not charged.
Zinhle slammed into a Toyota Corolla, injuring a 33 year old man, who is now paralyzed.
At the time, Zinhle, who was speeding, told the police that she thought she was being chased and that is why she was speeding.
Zinhle was driving a luxury Posche Panamera that belongs to her husband, Robert Ngwenya.
The family says Zinhle has never approached the family personally. The paralysed man, who is now unable to work, was relying on his father, who was his primary caregiver.
However, the father died last week after a short illness and the man now had to rely on his mother and sister.
