Uzalo actor Cebolenkosi Mthembu who plays the hilarious role as Captain Nyawo on the SABC 1 show is the latest celebrity to reveal that he has tested positive for Covid-19.
Speaking to the Daily Sun, the actor whose father recently succumbed to Covid-19 related illnesses said the virus is real. He pleaded with everyone to stay safe and protect each other.
He revealed that he is heartbroken as he could not attend his father’s funeral or plan it as his first born.
The actor who is currently in isolation told the publication that he tested positive on the 4th of January and will finish his isolation next Wednesday.
