The bail application for the co-accused of Enlightened Christian Gathering leader Prophet Shepherd will be heard today in the Pretoria Magistrates’ Court.

Willah Mudolo is the only one of the five accused who has not yet been released on bail after his arrest in October this year.

Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary, Landiwe Ntlokwana and Mudolo’s wife, Zethu, have all been released on bail.

The above mentioned are all accused of theft, fraud and money laundering charges involving R100 million.

SABC news reporter Molemo- Waone Mothoa who was at the court said the Bushiris’ R400 000 bail was revoked after they fled South Africa.

She added that Modolo said all the money that came through his company account has all been transferred to Shepherd Bushiri’s account and that he has evidence of that.

Scores of Bushiri’s followers thronged the court whenever their Prophet was appearing in the court.

With Mudolo there is a great difference since there are no people coming to support him during the court proceedings.
