Actor Mdu Gumede’s ambition of a solo music career seems to be failing before it has even took off. Gumede is well known as Ntandane on the telenovela, Isibaya.
Gumede is accusing Durban based music producer DJ Nokzen of stealing his song with vocalist Skye Wanda.
Nokzen has so far denied the accusations calling Mdu Gumede a liar.
Gumede revealed that he was introduced to Nokzen by a friend. After Making the song, Nokzen told Gumede that he had sent the song for mastering.
The Isibaya actor added that when he released the song, he discovered that Nokzen had already released the song under his own name.
Skye Wanda on the other hand was so angry at Nokzen as she claimed that the song was released without her permission thus she was considering taking the legal action.
This after Nokzen revealed that the song was released after he worked with (Bhinca Nation) a recording company, therefore the song belonged to them.
