An investment company has obtained an urgent court order to freeze assets including properties in England and Dubai and a luxury car worth over R20 million belonging to fugitive Prophet Shepherd Bushiri.

JM Busha Investment Group is also gunning for Bushiri’s Rustenburg Hotel which is believed to be worth hundreds of millions.

JM Busha revealed that the Bushiris and their company Bushiri Investments, consented to an order on March 23 this year that they were jointly and liable to the amount over R200 million with interest.

The prophet’s Bugatti Veyron which is valued over R20 million is also targeted. The duo fled the country before the 16th on November.

They had promised to pay for their assets on the 16th of November and JM Busha Investment Group were shocked to learn that Bushiri and his wife Mary had escaped South Africa without settling the agreements as per their contract.
