She said she sees no reasons for the seniors in the industry to look down on the upcoming actors.

Connie encouraged people to be thankful of what they have and what ever role they get .

Mama Connie also revealed that she want to see the industry grow that is why she does workshops to train the upcoming artists.

The star said she was disappointed and hurt after returning from acting black panther as she expected change but experienced none .
