Master KG honored with the Stylish Icon Award at the South African Style Awards this past weekend.
The South African Style Awards commemorated its’ twenty-fourth installment this year in Africa’s richest square mile; Sandton City.
The awards honor individuals across various industries who have not only made an indelible mark locally but who have become powerful vehicles for change globally too.
The awards have evolved, partnered with Vodacom Red, Peroni Nastro Azzurro for the first time, and E! Entertainment Africa as their media partner.
The exclusive Awards Ceremony, by invitation only; was hosted by previous SA Style Award winner; Ayanda Thabethe in the luxurious Diamond Walk on Sunday and observed all COVID regulations.
Some winners included Gomora and Blood and Water 1 and 2 actress; Ama Qamata received an award for The Next Big Thing.
However, social media users did not celebrate Master KG of his success as they felt like he didn’t deserve it and his dressing is not of style.
