Songstress Kelly Khumalo is going through a difficult time as she is also accused of being involved in the murder of her late boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa.

Kelly is now in battle with Nedbank as they seek to repossess her car. The Nedbank vehicle financing wing is said to have filed their papers at the Johannesburg High court.

This happened after Kelly failed to pay for her Porsche Cayenne. The singer received a loan of R500 thousand to buy the car back in 2017.

She was supposed to pay less than R10 thousand per month until the year 2023 but she has been in arrears of R62 thousand since 10 July.

The bank’s representatives DRSM Attorneys wrote in a letter and said they want her to settle the cost on the 13th of July but she did not.

On the 20th of August the bank called off the agreement as she could not pay the amount. They also mentioned in the letter that she needs to return the car but she did not reply to them.

The lawyers demand that Kelly gives over the car and forfeit all the money she had outstanding towards the car.
