Lady Zamar is allegedly in a legal battle with her driver as she failed to pay him his money.
The songstress is said to be owing the driver R52 000 for services rendered from 2018 to sometime last year.
Thabang has apparently opened a case against Lady Zamar and his lawyers have set a court date to get him what belongs to him.
The driver claims that Lady Zamar owes him for the rental of the vehicle as well as the damages on the vehicle.

He went further to say Lady Zamar disappeared on him after promising to pay him for the damages and services.
The Sheriff of the Court has now ordered Lady Zamar to pay an additional 10 percent with R31 400 to fix the damages vehicle.
