Controversial actor Peter Mashigo escaped death by a whisker and is fighting for his life after being involved in a car accident.
The Queen actor who plays the role of Jackal and Thato’s father was involved in a head on collision while travelling to Benoni from Pretoria with three others.
The incident took place on Saturday the 24th of October 2020. Mashigo and his friends were going to a friend’s party when he lost control of the car.
Peter Mashigo was the only one who got injured while his friends escaped with no injuries.
It is reported that the actor is in a critical but stable condition. He was rushed to Sun shine private hospital in Benoni.
Mashigo is reported to have already missed a whole week of production and the producers are currently trying to figure out what to do with his character.
