Unathi Nkayi has expressed her anger and disappointment towards MTN South Africa after they suspended her account for almost two weeks now.

Unathi said that she was supposed to be paying an amount of R2490 monthly but from June, they have been deducting over R5 000.

She said that when she called the call centre to file her query the employees at MTN realised that there was something wrong with her account.

Unathi said that she was not happy with MTN services especially after she has been using their services for years now.
