The Fergusons are known to fire their actors as quickly as they hire them.
When a new actor joins the show, viewers of the show don’t congratulate them, but comment ‘’it will only end in tears” on their posts on social media.
They have literally fired every main actor from the beginning of the novella till now except two actors; Kagiso Khoza played by Loyiso Macdonald and Brutus Khoza played by Themba Ndaba.
Kea Khoza played by Dineo Langa got fired for asking for leave so she can shoot a movie.
Kgosi played by Sello Maake ka Ncube asked for a salary increase and was shown the door because they couldn’t meet each other halfway.
Rami Chuene who played Goodness got fired for supporting Vatiswa Ndara on social media.
However, Macdonald and Ndaba have remained on the show for so long because they have never asked for leave, never asked for a salary increase, and have never shamed the Ferguson’s on social media.
