Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife have responded to r_ape allegations made by two women against him. The prophet is now facing r_ape charges as confirmed by the police.

Bushiri and his wife Mary last year appeared in court after they were arrested by the Hawks on charges related to fraud and money laundering.

They were released after paying about R100 000 bail. The two women are believed to be his followers from his church Enlightened Christian Gathering.

Bushiri wrote on Facebook, “Enough is enough, for the last three years we have been dealing with a police officer from the Hawks called Phumla Mhwebi who has been intimidating women and children to come up with r_ape allegations”.
