It was mama Candy Moloi’s memorial service yesterday and many people paid tribute to her including her daughter Lerato Moloi.

Amongst those who attended the memorial service was veteran songstress Yvonne Chaka Chaka who spoke so well about the late actress.

Lerato said in a speech, “My mum’s last three years have been difficult, she was very sick and suffered from all sorts of cancer attacks. It wasn’t just a brain tumor, she also had a tumor behind her eye”.

Lerato revealed that she only saw her mum twice since the lockdown began because of the restrictions that were imposed by government.
