It has been alleged that Sfiso Ncwane’s widow Ayanda Ncwane faked her late husband’s Will that says she is the sole beneficiary to Sfiso’s estate.
Ayanda is currently in a legal battle regarding Sfiso Ncwane’s forged Will. Sfiso Ncwane’s children who were born out of wedlock challenged the Will.
They took their step mother Ayanda to the High Court demanding a share of their father’s fortune.
Ayanda Ncwane’s lawyer Nhlanhla said that he didn’t know that Sfiso’s widow had fraudulently signed Sfiso Ncwane’s Will.
The lawyer revealed that Ayanda Ncwane approached him saying she wanted help with getting Sfiso Ncwane’s Will out and by then he never suspected anything.
